Chad Rodriguez
Founder/PresidentWith decades of experience across Telecom, from pulling cables in manholes to corporate development, Chad has built close relationships with data center customers, carriers, and hyperscale network teams — driving strong fiber infrastructure partnerships and interconnection alliances. He helps customers capitalize on disruptive technologies like AI with well-positioned data center solutions.
When markets and requirements evolve, Chad finds a smart path forward — collaborating with carriers on new solutions and helping teams optimize. In 2023, as AI demand redefined hockey-stick growth, he built a digital infra A-team that enabled more tailored support for hyperscale customers' unprecedented demand.
His “one team, one mission” mantra — crafted during his service in the Air Force — deepens adaptability and collaboration. But it's his track record of action that keeps customers ahead of the game, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted, enduring partner for evolving data center needs
Vice President of OperationsChris Runnels
Chris Runnels brings 28 years in telecommunications — including nine years as an L4 Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer and Project Manager. He designs and builds fiber optic networks and currently directs operations across four states: Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
At Consolidated Communications, Chris lead a team of 12 and managed a portfolio of 30+ fiber projects valued at more than $12.8M — negotiating and managing contracts with construction and splicing partners while building the customer relationships that drive future business.
His career spans the full engineering lifecycle — from GIS/CAD drafting to carrier engineering to multi-state project leadership — giving EML deep, hands-on execution. He is known for strong relationships with TxDOT, ODOT, Oncor Electric, major universities, and government agencies, and for a relentless focus on affordability and network reliability
